Sherry Harbert’s Foreign Interest, “a news magazine with a global perspective because it is in our interest to understand the world” with news from around the nation starting right here at home, launched October 2009 with coverage of Our Community Mural. Our local community IS a global one, with important issues of health equity and educational parity affecting us all.
